How will empathy benefit your school life and then your professional life?

"Empathy is the capacity to understand or feel what another person is experiencing from within the other being's frame of reference"(definition from Internet) Empathy is a ability to understand the feelings from others, and insight into their subjective worlds. So by using empathy in my school life, I will try to understand every teachers around me, i will try to care all of them. After that maybe i will understand their grading systems ,what they like and what they want , i will try to improve my study on that way, and maybe i will get a better mark in the future after i use empathy. And by using empathy for my professional life,I want to run a clothing store, i will try to understand current and future customer needs and expectations, in addition to requirements, and try to improve the customer satisfaction.I will integrate their suggestions with my idea.I will produce a better work and a better reaction.I believe i can do it.
